About The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will plan and implement care that gives our residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence, ensuring personalized care plans and building strong relationships with residents and families.

You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team. Day‑to‑day tasks include assisting with walking frames, supporting end‑of‑life care, engaging families, providing physical and mental stimulation through recreational activities, and administering medication.
