About the role

We have full‑time positions available on days or nights. As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, you will put kindness at the core of everything you do. You will help plan and implement care that gives residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence. You will get to know residents and their families, helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will maintain the highest standards of care and influence the rest of the team. You may show someone how to use a walking frame, help a resident at the end of life, or speak to a resident’s family. You will support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager by providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities and administer medication. One of your key responsibilities is to maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the rest of your team.
