Senior Care Assistant

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Senior Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Ditchingham, Bungay area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

This care home provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.

To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents.
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals.
• Contribute to care planning and coach support workers.
• Take an active professional role in promoting services when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiries.
