Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant, we ask you to care for our residents like they are your own family, addressing their physical, psychological and social needs. You will assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and meals, participate in the medication round, and lead the shift.

We welcome applications from candidates with or without prior senior experience, provided you have a genuine passion for care and a valid qualification.

About You

We’re looking for kind, caring people who want to make a real difference to people’s lives. You’ll also need:

• Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or a care certificate (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience in a care home environment is desirable but not essential
