Role Overview

The Senior Capital Planner – Real Estate is responsible for leading the planning, prioritization, and governance of capital investments across a corporate real estate portfolio. The role ensures that capital allocation aligns with business strategy, financial objectives, and long‑term portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital portfolios to ensure projects are prioritized, balanced, and aligned with funding constraints using technology tools to capture data and provide analytics.
• Lead the ongoing capital planning process, providing advisory input, data analytics, monitoring, reporting, and administrative support for deployed technology.
• Partner with the PMO to engage key stakeholders in the capital planning process, gathering requirements from real estate teams, Finance, Business, and FM (Building Technical) teams.
