Senior Capital Planner – Real Estate

The Senior Capital Planner – Real Estate is responsible for leading the planning, prioritization, and governance of capital investments across a corporate real‑estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital portfolios to ensure projects are prioritized, balanced, and aligned with funding constraints using technology tools to capture data and provide analytics.
• Oversee the ongoing capital planning process, provide advisory input, provide data analytics, monitor, report, and administer the technology deployed.
• Partner with the PMO and engage key stakeholders in the Capital Planning process—including Real Estate, Finance, Business, support functions, and FM (Building Technical Teams)—to gather requirements.
