What You Will Do
You will help our customers design and steer business transformation at scale. Your work spans strategy, operating models, capability design, organisational structures, data-enabled ways of working, and transformation planning.
In this role, you will:
Lead capability mapping, operating model design, and transformation roadmap assignments for large and complex organisations.
