Senior Campaign Strategy Coordinator

About the Role

In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategies that strengthen Kohl’s master brand and ensure upper-funnel campaigns bring that brand to life in authentic, engaging ways. You will help connect customer insights, creative storytelling and business priorities to create cohesive brand experiences. Collaborating across marketing, creative and media teams, you will play a key role in aligning short-term campaign efforts with long-term brand goals.


What You’ll Do
+ Assist in activating Kohl’s brand positioning, purpose and identity across marketing channels and customer touchpoints
+ Work with the Customer Insights team to identify customer, cultural and competitive insights that inform brand and campaign strategies
+ Help develop and maintain brand and campaign strategy briefs that connect brand purpose to business priorities
