Senior CAE Body Systems Engineer

**Job Description**

**DUTIES** : Perform structural analysis to lead and execute the development of new architectures and subsequent variants. Drive the design and performance through appropriate analyses, deep dive efficient and integrated design solutions, provide clear design direction and confirm performance. Support hardware elimination through leadership in the Global Focus Groups and drive method development. Create and execute Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and quasi static analysis plans for assigned projects. Lead internal resources and CAE suppliers to meet program milestones and deliverables. Multiple positions available. Hybrid Work Policy – 3 days In-Office, 2 Days Remote – Must be able to report to local office.

**REQUIREMENTS** : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field of study and Five (5) years of experience as a CAE Engineer, Automotive Engineer, or related role. Requires three (3) years...
