Senior Buyer for Accessories Procurement

Seeking a knowledgeable Senior Buyer to manage accessory procurement across Canada. Focus on supplier relationships and implement strategic cost-reduction initiatives.
In this role, you will report to the Purchasing Manager and undertake a thorough analysis of supply chains while negotiating contracts with Canadian suppliers. Your work will establish long-lasting partnerships and optimize the procurement of materials and services to align with corporate goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research potential suppliers to minimize procurement costs
• Negotiate purchase contracts and terms with vendors
• Ensure top quality and timely delivery of products
• Analyze inventory and plan for new product launches
• Respond to non-compliance issues as per QMS procedures
Requirements:
• CD with a minimum of 5 years related experience
• Proven knowledge of the purchasing landscape in Canada
• Strong mathematical ability and analytical mindset
