Senior Buyer, 3P Procurement

The Senior Buyer, 3P Procurement is responsible for leading end‑to‑end procurement execution and driving supplier performance across third‑party suppliers. This role ensures supply continuity, improves on‑time delivery (OTD), mitigates risks, and optimizes lead time and cost through strong cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making.

This position reports to the 3P Procurement Manager and is part of the Supply Chain / Procurement team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and will be an on‑site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Lead end‑to‑end purchase order execution and lifecycle management for 3P materials, ensuring timely confirmations and delivery alignment
• Own supplier On‑Time Delivery (OTD) performance and drive recovery actions, improvement plans, and performance reviews
