Senior Business Systems Analyst – Mainframe

Position Description:

This hybrid role requires team members to be onsite at our client’s office a minimum of 4 days per week (subject to change).

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with business partners, developers, and quality engineering teams to support and enhance our core mainframe cards and transactions system.

The core application is a large, sophisticated mainframe-based platform that connects RBC clients to their banking products and services. This 24/7 system supports critical delivery channels including Online Banking, POS, ATM, and other high-volume transaction platforms.
