Senior business systems analyst

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a balanced blend of Business Analysis and Systems Analysis experience.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops, effectively managing interactions with large groups (10-20 stakeholders) and handling challenging personalities.
Drive features from ideation through to detailed documentation, encompassing both business and systems requirements.
Utilize Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation, ensuring productive sessions and clear outcomes. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, working with Backend-for-Frontends (BFFs), APIs, SQL, and relational databases.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
Adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic environment, contributing innovative solutions and maintaining flexibility in approach.
