Position Purpose:

The Senior Business Process Consultant, Dual Initiatives provides strategic guidance and operational support for process improvement initiatives within the Duals program. This role focuses on end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and opportunities, and assisting in the development and implementation of process enhancements to optimize operational workflows.
