Senior Human Resource Business Partner

We’re looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and support our national Human Resources team.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager (currently located in Calgary), you will be a member of a national HR team and will contribute strategically as a team member and an individual by providing HR solutions to business partners. You will also be involved in project work and presentations, mentoring fellow HR colleagues.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: 109,900 - 134,300 CAD (35‑hour workweek).

Annual bonus target 15% with potential payout up to double the target.
