Reports to: CEO / Founder
Location: United States, remote, with regular travel to client sites, events, venues and industry conferences
Contract type: Full-time
Salary range: $100,000–$125,000 base salary, depending on experience
OTE: $160,000–$210,000, with additional upside for strong performance
Additional package: Commission, benefits, travel expenses and potential share options/equity participation
Start date: Flexible / as soon as possible
Travel requirement: Regular US travel, with occasional international travel to the UK where required
Working pattern: Full-time, with flexibility required around client meetings, live events, industry events and occasional evenings/weekends
