Strategic Business Development
Shape and drive the business development roadmap, prioritizing the highest-value growth plays across eCommerce, services, and new markets.
Spot and validate new revenue streams or service offerings that fit company’s strategic priorities.
Lead Vietnam commercial/services acquisitions and support regional expansion initiatives for assigned brands.
Own the full acquisition process—from pipeline build and negotiation through closing and post-deal integration.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with brands, distributors, and other commercial partners to accelerate revenue and improve profitability.
