Our UK corporate practice, with about 80 partners and 250 lawyers, is one of the most sought after for advising on transactions in the UK and across Europe and regularly tops the M&A and equity capital markets league tables. Its funds & indirect real assets team is considered market leading by all major directories. Under energetic and ambitious leadership the corporate team is looking to further boost its market profile, leverage firm‑wide client relationships and land roles on headline transactions. You would be part of a team of five business development professionals supporting the corporate partners on making these ambitions come to life.
