- Drive Malaysia market expansion and revenue growth
- Lead channel development, partnerships, and client acquisition
- Represent Kalodata through demos, webinars, and key account discussions
- Develop new customers, channels, and reseller/agency partnerships
- Conduct client demos, webinars, workshops, and outreach activities
- Execute sales pipeline management (cold calls, follow-ups, BD outreach)
- Build strong relationships with TikTok Shop sellers and ecosystem partners
- Collaborate with marketing/ops teams to improve conversions
- Deliver sales performance reporting and market feedback
