Senior Business Architect

As a **Senior Business Architect – Transformation Lead** within Ford’s **ADVEV** organization, you will lead high-impact business and technology transformation initiatives that enable Ford’s electric vehicle strategy. This role will focus on defining and delivering new business capabilities, operating models, and cross-functional processes that support the evolving needs of Ford’s EV programs.

You will work across Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other key functions to identify capability gaps, clarify business problems, design future-state solutions, and drive adoption of new processes and tools. Your leadership will be essential as EVDD tools, emerging capabilities, and legacy Ford systems continue to converge.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strategic thinking, strong business architecture discipline, stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive change in a dynamic environment.
