The Role: Senior Business Analyst

Based in either our Palmerston North or Wellington office, supporting our digital employee services functionality. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing, analysing, and documenting requirements
• Defining new business processes
• Creating backlogs
• Providing support through the Business Analysis practice

About You

To succeed, you’ll need:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
• Proven relationship‑building experience
• A creative problem‑solving mindset
• Experience with Workday / HRIS system implementations would be advantageous
