Job Description

My client is an MNC Insurance, sitting under IT and Digital team and is currently working on various transformation.
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex initiatives across the Digital divisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define business needs and deliver solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews
Translate business needs into functional specifications
Partner with IT and business teams to implement solutions
Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives
Support product managers in defining KPIs and success metrics
Requirements:
