Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Business Analyst** to join our team and play a pivotal role in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
- Stay current on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Perform requirements analysis
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria
- Effectively convey insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), and Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Expertise in conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
