Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Capital Markets Business Analyst with strong expertise in Product Control, Financial Reporting, data mapping, and business process analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record analyzing complex workflows, writing high?quality business and functional requirements, and working with SQL, APIs, and event-driven data flows. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast?paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
The Business Analyst will collaborate with technology teams, operations, finance, and Product Control partners to support enhancements to trade booking, reporting platforms, and downstream systems. Stakeholder management—both formal and informal—is a key success factor.
