**Job Profile Summary**

We are seeking a **Business Analyst (Data & Analytics)** with 6 years of experience working on data-focused initiatives, data products, analytics platforms, and modern data transformation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

This role is not responsible for performing hands-on data analysis or data engineering activities. Instead, the focus is on business analysis, stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, process improvement, and supporting the delivery of data-driven products and solutions.
