As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead end‑to‑end business analysis across complex programs and initiatives. You’ll partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand problems, shape solutions and ensure outcomes are successfully delivered and embedded in line with Australian Retirement Trust’s Delivery Framework.
You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and coaching other Business Analysts, helping lift capability and quality across the team.
Day to day, you'll:
Lead stakeholder engagement to define clear, measurable benefits and quality outcomes
Elicit, analyse and document end‑to‑end business, stakeholder and solution requirements using a range of techniques
