enthusiastic, team-focused Senior Building Surveyor with
demonstrated leadership capabilities to join our dynamic and
growing municipality. This is an exciting opportunity for a
passionate building professional to work in a high-growth
environment and contribute meaningfully to regulatory excellence
and positive community outcomes.
In this senior role, you will also contribute to continuous
improvement by applying your building surveying experience to
enhance internal processes and regulatory programs across the
unit.

Work closely and support the Municipal Building Surveyor (MBS) and Deputy Building Surveyor to manage a broad range of regulatory functions in accordance with the Building Act and Building Regulations.
