Senior Building Services Draughtsperson

• Prepare detailed HVAC, plumbing, fire, and electrical services drawings
• Develop layouts, schematics, and installation drawings
• Coordinate drawings with other disciplines (architectural, structural, and civil)
• Update and revise drawings based on design changes and site feedback
• Ensure that drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and client specifications
• Maintain drawing registers and document control

• Relevant Draughting / Technical qualification
• 3+ years experience in building services draughting
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience advantageous)
• Strong understanding of MEP building services systems
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and coordination skills
