Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 + Super (depending on experience)

We have recently been engaged on an opportunity for a Senior Building Manager to join a well-established team based in Penrith, overseeing a structured and highly manageable residential portfolio.

This position will see you responsible for a portfolio of five residential buildings, with the potential to take on an additional smaller complex. The portfolio is uniquely positioned, with one primary building serving as the base and four additional buildings all located on the same street, directly next to each other.

The portfolio has been well maintained and is running smoothly, offering a strong foundation for an incoming manager. You will also be supported by an existing assistant who is already embedded within the portfolio, along with guidance from an experienced leadership team.
