At Watercrab, we are looking for a Senior Strategist who connects the dots between human behavior and brand experiences. We specialize in Branding and UI/UX, and clients come to us especially for our in-depth strategy work that creates strong and long-lasting foundations for brands. We work across industries, with a team that's spread across India.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role, with scattered travel to client locations once or twice a month. Candidates living in Goa or Bangalore are preferred. A day at work involves leading research initiatives, speaking to Founders & Leadership to understand brands, creating actionable insights, structuring communication and content for complex websites and branding exercises, and organizing the team efficiently to meet deadlines.
