The role focuses on the full professional portfolio across all channels. Senior Manager leads regional plans and launch calendars, activates ATL & digital storytelling, and partners with markets for superior execution.

The ideal candidate combines strong brand-building expertise with a deep understanding of the professional salon ecosystem—stylists, salons, educators, distributors, and professional retail channels.
