About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BMS Hardware Engineer with strong expertise in Automotive Embedded Hardware Design, specifically in HV Battery & Battery Management Systems (BMS). The candidate should have hands-on experience in BMS hardware development, system architecture, validation, and functional safety standards within EV platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Design & development of BMS Hardware
• Requirements definition & system architecture design
• Participate in design reviews & benchmarking
• Generate test plans, reports & support DVPR reviews
• Perform System FMEA / DFMEA
• Deliver System Design Specifications & SOWs
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ECE & GBT standards
