Senior Bidding Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Bidding Specialist to manage the end-to-end bidding and proposal process, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submissions for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and assess bid feasibility
Develop bid plans, timelines, and ownership matrices
Coordinate stakeholders and ensure deadline alignment
Track opportunities, resolve bottlenecks, and monitor bid performance
Conduct win/loss analysis and track success rates
Create BD projects and assign technical teams working hours
Validate pricing, financial offers, and sales orders
Manage weekly sales review meetings with regional teams
Ensure alignment between pipeline sheets and CRM
Prepare monthly finance reports and commercial analytics
