:This job is responsible for the design, delivery, financial management, and administration of health, welfare, work/life, pharmacy and retirement programs. Key responsibilities include independently managing and evaluating program cost, effectiveness, and usage, and recommending improvements. Job expectations include applying expert judgment, leading strategic initiatives, and influencing benefit outcomes across the organization.
Position Overview:
