Senior Beauty Therapist & Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated casual receptionists to support our Gym and Spa teams in delivering exceptional 5 star service to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will have proven reception experience preferably in a similar role. This role is in a casual capacity.

Qualifications

• Warm and welcoming personality
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience in administration support
• Previous spa therapy and/or health club experience is ideal but not essential
• The ability to create an engaging first impression with an understanding and execution of 5 Star grooming standards.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
