If you have:

At least 6 years of experience as a Java Backend OR a Java Fullstack Developer
Strong technical skills in Java Spring Boot Framework 
Experience with Microservices 
Hands-on coding from scratch
Experience in leading a small team (3 to 4 people) (if not, can consider consultant level as the Java Backend/ Fullstack Developers)
