The Role

We're looking for a senior backend engineer who can take a rough product idea, turn it into a solid technical plan, and ship it to production. You'll work closely with our NYC-based engineering team and have direct impact on core product and infrastructure.

This isn't a ticket factory role. You'll do well here if you:

* Own problems end-to-end (not just the code)

* Think in systems (data, jobs, APIs, failure modes)

* Ship high-quality work with minimal hand-holding
