Senior Backend Developer

We're seeking a Senior Backend Developer to take ownership of backend API development in a high-performance, cloud-native environment. You'll design, build, and optimise scalable APIs using (TypeScript), with PostgreSQL as the primary datastore and Redis for caching, queuing, and performance optimisation. You will work closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable backend services with excellent performance and observability.

Qualifications and Experience
5+ years of Backend development experience.
Strong proficiency with and TypeScript.
Deep understanding of PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimisation, transactions).
Experience writing integration and unit tests.
Experience using Redis for caching, queues, pub/sub, or rate limiting.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and best practices.
