Job Opportunity: Senior Back End Engineer (On-site, Mexico City)
We are looking for an unconventional, high-energy engineer to own the backend architecture and build the core systems of a high-growth AI startup backed by top-tier global accelerators.
Working directly with the CEO and CTO, you will play a critical role in setting engineering standards and designing an AI orchestration engine that transforms plain language inputs into executable workflows for integral enterprises.
What You Will Do Own the Architecture: Own the backend systems, ensuring everything is scalable, modular, enterprise‑ready, and highly secure. Build AI Engines: Design and develop the core AI orchestration engine utilizing LLM frameworks and advanced data modeling.
