Senior Automation Engineer

Are you a very experienced Automation Engineer? Do you have a background in warehouse automation installations? Can you manage multiple installations?

Here at GXO, we are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our central, Technical Service team.

The role will be covering the UK and IE . You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of client side fit out / construction development projects between £200k - £15m+ from inception to completion. This includes feasibility planning, budgeting at concept stage, preparation of tender documents and user requirement specifications, coordinating with automation providers, architects, engineers, contractors, other stakeholders, and end to end project management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
