Job Description
Astute's Power Team are currently recruiting for a Senior Authorised Person EPCm Contractor on a new build Waste to Energy facility based in Glasgow.
The Senior Authorised Person position comes with an hourly rate from £70.00 to £80.00 per day outside of IR35.
Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:
Support the Lead Senior Authorised Person (SAP) in the safe delivery of all HV electrical commissioning and energisation activities across a new-build Energy-from-Waste facility.
Undertake HV switching operations and issue safety documentation on electrical systems up to 11kV, with experience on systems up to 33kV considered highly desirable.
Prepare and implement switching schedules, isolation plans, Sanctions-for-Test, and Permits-to-Work in accordance with site Electrical Safety Rules.
