Senior Associate Welfare (Perm Night Shift)

RESPONSIBILITIES

MWS Girls' Residence is a residential home, housing vulnerable children and youths referred by the Ministry of Social and Family Development or other Social Service Organisations. We aim to create transformation and positive changes in behaviour through a holistic and therapeutic framework.

The Youth Care Worker will be working with female residents, between the age 15 to 21, (in an institutional facility). You will be part of the Operations team and are required to work in shifts.

In this position, your responsibilities would include the following

• Oversee the residents on a daily basis manage the welfare, discipline, and safety within the institution
• Able to establish appropriate and guiding relationships with residents and be good role models
• To be attentive and look into the well-being of residents by being available and accountable for their whereabouts when...
