My client is an elite US law firm with a significant London presence. Its ranked partner bench is seeking to hire a Senior Associate to provide advice on;

• UK and international tax structuring for cross-border deals, PE transactions and private M&A matters
• joint ventures and divestments, internal reorgs
• tax-efficient structuring of carried interest / incentive arrangements
• Fund formation
• cap markets related tax
• real estate (lesser)
