 Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sr. Associate – Talent Management to support talent management initiatives that enhance organizational capability and employee engagement. This role will work closely with the Manager – Talent Management and HR Business Partners to execute performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth programs across Alight Solutions India. Strong proficiency in HR analytics, Power BI, and advanced Excel is essential.Key Responsibilities
