Senior Associate Strategy, Risk & Compliance

As a Senior Associate, you will join our Strategy, Risk & Compliance team, supporting clients in strengthening their cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance programs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, design mitigation strategies, and implement security frameworks.

• Lead and support security strategy and governance initiatives.
• Conduct maturity assessments, audit readiness, and framework evaluations (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
• Design and implement GRC programs, including policy lifecycle management and cloud compliance architecture.
• Leverage GenAI and LLMs to automate GRC tasks, evidence collection, and regulatory reporting.
• Analyze cybersecurity posture and recommend action plans aligned with business objectives.
