The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SOX compliance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks , along with a strong understanding of key business processes. This role involves managing or independently delivering SOX engagements, conducting process walkthroughs, evaluating controls, and identifying improvement opportunities for clients.
