Senior Associate PM

A respected property and building consultancy is expanding its Project Management capability and is seeking a Senior Associate Project Manager as part of a planned growth hire in Auckland.

This role suits an experienced Project Manager who wants senior accountability, influence at client level, and the opportunity to contribute to the growth and maturity of a PM service line, without stepping into formal business ownership or P&L responsibility. Strong New Zealand market experience is essential.

The Role You will lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects across design and construction phases, while contributing directly to the strength and performance of the Project Management portfolio.
Operating at senior client level, you will influence procurement strategies, risk positioning, and delivery frameworks, and act as a trusted escalation point on high‑value projects. This role combines delivery leadership with commercial awareness and relationship‑led growth.
