Senior Associate - O&M

We are seeking an Engineering Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in AMISP operations to join our team as an Associate O&M. The role involves managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth functioning of smart meter systems, and driving compliance under the AMISP Bhopal project. Key Responsibilities Technician Management Assign daily operational tasks to technicians. Conduct performance reviews and monitor efficiency. Reduce non/never communication cases through proactive oversight. Smart Meter Operations Monitor smart meters and analyze data from HES/MDM systems. Troubleshoot communication issues to ensure seamless connectivity. Coordinate SM-to-SM replacements to maintain operational reliability.
