This is full-time role for an IP Lawyer.

We advise leading companies and financial institutions on a wide spectrum of complex IP Trademark and Patent matters.

Minimum Qualifications
? Qualified LLB or LLM from a premier law school in India / abroad (qualified to work in India).
? 6+ years of demonstrated experience of Intelluctual Property Rights with good procedural knowledge of SC/HC experience with a Tier 1 law firm / reputed Chambers.
? Knowing the basics fundamentals of but not limited to CPC, Arbitration Act, Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Insolvency Code, Evidence Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act
