Compensation Analyst (Senior Associate/Manager level)
to join their established organization headquartered in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the design and execution of the Group's people agenda with a primary focus on compensation / total rewards across their entities. Key Responsibilities:- Support end‑to‑end activities for annual compensation review, from setting timelines, tracking of progress reports, preparing presentation and communication materials Design, review and refine compensation plans and frameworks across entities to ensure alignment with the firm's strategy Drive and coordinate the market benchmarking exercises using external survey databases (e.g. McLagan) Guide managers and HRBP in terms of rewards practice to ensure alignment within the Group Support the annual budget process and draft & review...
